FAQ & Return Policy


Delivery:

Free Delivery for orders over $85.00 in Sydney Metropolitan areas and surrounding areas. Inquire with the team at info@bloomsarrangements.com.au to check whether we can deliver to a certain suburb! Orders less than $85.00 will incur an additional $10.00 delivery fee.

When do you deliver?

We deliver orders Monday to Saturday after 9AM and Sunday before 11:30AM. Once an order has been placed and processed, arrangements will be delivered the next business day. You can request a certain delivery time by emailing us at info@bloomsarrangements.com.au 

To have your order delivered on a Saturday on a Sunday, please email us. 

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you are able to pick up orders regardless of the price of your arrangement for free. 

Can I customise my order?

At Blooms Arrangements you can customise your order from the flowers, colours, box, shape, ribbon and size etc! 

Do you accept refunds or do exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of the arrangements, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. We only provide refunds, if we are unable to fulfil your order. Upon receiving your order and you would like to make an enquiry or complaint, do so within one hour of receiving your order. Any complaints or queries made outside this period will be void due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers. If you you're dissatisfied with your order please inform us IMMEDIATELY or within one hour and we will AMEND the order/ arrangement for you. If the product is faulty, you have forty eight hours upon delivery/ receiving the item. Any returns due to our fault must be made within forty eight hours. Any cost associated to returning the item will be incurred by the customer. All items returned must be returned in its original condition, including all the associated packaging and contents. 

 

Why does some florals or floral colours look slightly different to the pictures?

Due to the continual changes in season, not all florals or colours are available at certain times throughout the year. We, Blooms Arrangements, reserve the rights to substitute/ replace florals if they are unavailable/ unattainable. We will substitute the unavailable product for another flower/ item of equal value, with a similar colour and shape/ appearance. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at least two days prior to the expected pickup or delivery date. 

 

What if no one is home when my order is being delivered?

We advise you to place the recipients name and mobile number in the 'Special Instructions to Seller' section so our courier are able to contact the recipient. If no contact details are left, we will leave the order in the most safest spot on the property.
